If you are a Client receiving our services, you and/or your authorized agents or representatives can submit data and/or information that you provide. (2) "Company's website" shall mean all web sites on which Caring Companion Connections, LLC provides products, information and/or services.

(3) "You" shall mean all users of Company's website and products/services, including Employees, Contractors, the Public or Clients and/or their authorized agents or representatives.

(4) "Products, Information and Services" shall mean all products, information and/or services provided by Caring Companion Connections, LLC, its advertisers or 3rd party partners.

(5) "Registration Information" shall mean the Personal Information we request in the registration process, allowing you to access our products, information and services.

(6) "Account Profile" shall mean the Company's website page(s) where the Personal Information that you have provided is displayed, in compliance with your consent and agreement. It also means your individual account, whether you are an Employee or Client and/or their authorized agents or representatives.

B. Company cannot, and does not, review every submission you may make. Company neither endorses nor guarantees the accuracy or propriety of any submission.

Company reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to restrict or prohibit your use of our website if we believe you are violating any of the Terms and Conditions of Use or Privacy Policies contained herein, and further, to remove, edit, or relocate any submitted content, as Company sees fit, whether for legal or any other reasons.

A. User understands that all information, data, text, graphics, messages or other materials ("Content"), are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. (11) "stalk" or otherwise harass another;

e. Displaying banners for websites that provide cash or cash-equivalent prizes to users in exchange for hyperlinks to their websites.

VIII. Cookies and how are they used

A. Cookies are small text files that a website can write to your computer. We may use cookies to identify you.

B. Company does not use cookies to store information such as bank account numbers, telephone numbers, or other information you provide. To maintain your privacy, you can disable your browser's ability to accept cookies.

IX. Your privacy with websites linked from our website

Company website may contain links to various other sites. Each of these sites may have a Privacy Policy that differs from that of Company. The privacy practices of other websites linked to Company website are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

X. What about data security?

A. Personal Information collected by our website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Only those employees and contractors who need access to your Personal Information in order to do their jobs are allowed access, each having signed confidentiality agreements. Company never uses or installs spyware on your computer, nor do we use spyware to retrieve information from your computer.

In the event that we distribute electronic newsletters or RSS feeds, now or in the future, we will collect e-mail addresses and may collect zip codes and other information of all those who subscribe to these publications.
