For Bedford seniors 60 and over to medical appointments only. Advance notice required. Depending on destination transport may be by private vehicle or taxicab. The senior must be able to get in and out of the car on his/her own. Also the seniors will need to get in and out of the medical facility without assistance. Due to large number of ride requests the COA may have to limit each number of rides per month per senior. |

Handicapped equipped van to provide transportation within the Town of Bedford for medical and non-medical appointments, shopping, trips to Senior Center. Runs Monday through Friday from 9AM - 3PM. Cost is $1.00 one way in town. Out of town shopping trips $2.00 each way. Rides must be requested between 8 and 9 AM of the day of the ride. |
